Nutiva Powder Mct Matcha, 10.6 Ounce

I have been keto for the past 3 weeks now and monitoring my ketones numerous times a day. I have reached ketosis with using a strict diet and regimen. I received the matcha powder about a week and a half ago. I've heard of the keto flu, and the sickness, so I was prepared to feel uncomfortable in the next coming days. I felt kind of off the first week but nothing like what I've experienced after receiving this.I felt fine with every meal and drink I whipped up... But when I incorporated this with food, (made a chia pudding) or just as a shake/mixed with almond milk, I would be sick within 30 minutes. I just figured I was getting sick with "keto flu" and brushed it off. I just couldn't reach ketosis. I stopped drinking it for two days and felt fabulous, and I was back in ketosis. My fiance had some of the chia pudding and had some of my drink on some off days and got sick too! Let me explain this sick: abdominal cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, cold sweats. This is the only new thing I have added into my diet recently. I am taking in products one by one so I know what is affecting me directly.I am bummed, but I truly think it has something to do with the tapioca maltodextrin, I know this is a food additive that is just maltrodextrin in disguise. It made me sick and knocked me out of ketosis every time.I will unfortunately be very wary of buying any products from this brand that say "keto/vegan" in the future.....

The container says 27 servings with a serving being 1 scoop. This morning was day 11, and by the looks of it the canister will be empty in 5-6 days. I love Nutiva brand, but I’m not purchasing this again.

Excellent for those of us on a Keto diet. I used to pay a lot more for another brand but needed something that didn't cost an arm & leg. This product is just as tasty & more affordable. 😋 Love it.

I'm always on the hunt for something that is keto friendly and tastes great, well this will be one of my go to products for sure! I absolutely love the taste and the fact it has MCT oil in it also is a bonus I need on this diet. I even made a tasty keto ice cream out of it! Great product!

I thought I ordered plain. Imaging my surprise when I tasted this in my coffee. Ugh! I don't know what to do with this. I'm sure it is fine, if you know what to do with it.

Mixes well with shaker bottle and almond milk. Yummy flavor.

I love this product. I mix it in my smoothies and it dissolves very well. It gives it a great Matcha flavor.

I like using this mix...the matcha flavor isn’t as yummy to me as the vanilla, or regular matcha tea powder, though. Mixes well.
