I have a badly sprained ankle that has been swollen for over a week, and these have reduced swelling dramatically and improved circulation to the area and in turn have made it feel loads better. I’m walking without favoring my ankle finally.

I have had great results with all of my Back on Track items. I currently have plantar Fasciitis. The worst part of the day is waking up in the morning and not being able to walk. These socks have helped that tremendously. They improve the circulation in my feet and calves, making me much more comfortable when I wake up. I highly recommend them.

I have several Back On Track products. This is my 2nd pair of the Nikki socks. They have improved my circulation and the medium compression reduces swelling in my left foot and ankle. They are more comfortable than most compression socks.

If you’re a rider, BOT is probably very well known to you for your horses. That Welltex ceramic infused fabric is something that you and your horse (and dog) love.These socks are part of my everyday rotation - I’m tall boots they help with leg swelling, at home they are great for compression and circulation.I have chronic edema in my right ankle (hip replacement, Tibial Tubercle Osteotomy knee surgery, and neurosurgery can ultimately lead to it), and I can wear these socks and be on my feet for a much longer period of time wile not creating excessive edema, and I can wear them in my air circulation boots or with my full length arch to bottom rib edema tights to draw it off or even keep the edema away. Because edema makes my joints hurt.
