I have a 98 toyota 4 runner limited with the v6. will 90982-05035 fit both the positive and negative terminals?

HI, Yes, I believe they would. The terminal needs to be connected to a cable and the battery posts, both positive and negative are the same size. There should be no problem, whatsoever.
