Buckwheat
This is a grain that is not commonly available in India. It is grown in climate similar to Europe..which is the NE States. I am glad I could get it through Amazon. The packaging and delivery has been good. The flavour and quality as Kasha will have to await my revert after I use it. If it is like the grain that I have regularly used for Kasha in Europe for about 35 years..then certainly I shall be buying this product. Thank you Amazon for getting me this cereal here in India. A good supplement or alternative of wheat !
I am a diabetic patient and I have use this product buckwheat and I have to confirm that every diabetic patient has to use this buckwheat instead of normal wheat.. the product is value for money and also for health...

Helpful during fast
I was bit skeptical about the product but the product was clean and the flavour of the flour i got after grinding is incredible. I have ordered it two times for my fast and it is beyond my expectation. It is simply amazing. I highly recommend it for fast like purposes as the pooris deep fried also didn't absorbed the oil and were light to eat and flavour as i said is too good.
