It's very light tasting. It leaves no aftertaste. You can fry eggs, potato, fish, and pretty much anything. It highlights the taste of the food without altering it. Even the most delicate fish has natural taste when frying with this oil. I tried other sunflower oils and they do leave an aftertaste. This one does not. It is also high temperature. My stove has a high BTU burner. I fire it up all the way and stir fry anything without burning the oils. The oil remains as clear as new even after high temp frying.
