Don't eat at all before you take this . Drink water. Pee 4 times . And you good 👍 . Test yourself before you leave the 🏡 house. Only times I had issues is if I had eaten or I didn't drink enough water . I used this product for years . And it works EVERYWHERE!!!!. I actually no longer have to purchase this anymore 👍 .
