You can't go wrong with a Biederlack. The one I had as a child is still going strong after 40 years.This additional one is super soft and really does retain heat! No wonder the kitten has adopted it!Don't think twice; order one.

It's not quite as soft as I was hoping, but considering it's intended to be a top blanket, that's understandable. It is, however, "nice and warm" according to my two year-old who has taken quite a fancy to it. The colors and patterning are attractive and pleasing to the eye so it looks nice in the room even when draped over a chair. The fabric is strong and has served well as a fort-roof in addition to more conventional uses. So while I'd love for it to be softer, this is still an excellent blanket.

excellent value - large very soft blanket - I bought one of these about 10 years ago and it has been used and washed regularly and is still in great shape - so when i needed another blanket,this seemed the obvious choice and I am very pleased with my purchase

Very synthetic. Not for me ... Worthwhile spending a little more to get more cotton in the composition

Bought this as a gift for my wife, who really likes it. Keeps her nice and warm, but is very light weight.
