What a delicious surprise!
I have numerous digestive issues and intolerances which limits my food options. My DIL brought this product to my attention because she knows I am struggling with finding foods to eat or things to make them taste better. She knew I really missed my cheese flavors. This is a beautiful product that almost made me cry I was so happy . I put it in my wild rice with a touch of olive olive and sprinkled it on and mixed up and it was delicious!!!! I’ve had it with something almost every day since I got it. I am gluten, sucrose and dairy intolerant. And I can’t eat greasy or tough foods either. Been sick for about a year and they finally figured it out (along with specific food intolerances). Super strange. Grateful for your product, I truly treasure it.

This is very good and more cheddar-y/umami than non-fortified, but non-fortified is my favorite.
I am new to nutritional yeast, and tried this fortified kind first. I was blown away by my energy levels and how awesome I felt after consuming it, but given how much I love cheese, I was a little worried I would exceed the serving size and be consuming way too many synthetic vitamins each day. I like the flavor but to me, it has a bit of a peanut buttery aftertaste. Not a bad thing, but just not what I was looking for to make queso blanco with. Overall, a really solid product, just be mindful of the serving size!

Real flakes not powder
Good quality, good taste and it’s a good amount for the price. Best deal I’ve ever found for this product.

Nice. Different taste than Redstar and other brands..
I was glad to find nutritional yeast in a larger quantity. It works fine for me, but the flavor is noticably different to the nutritional yeast I'm used to - Redstar or the Trader Joe's brand. This brand has a less yeasty/cheesy flavor - a bit sweeter/milder and less salty/tangy tasting. It's ok, and seems fresh. I would purchase again.

Great tasting nooch! (That's slang for Nutritional Yeast)
This is a high quality nutritional yeast with a light umami flavor. The "mini-flakes" are actually a pretty fine powder, which makes it dissolve quickly. It is fortified (vegan-sources). You can read the label about it's other nutritional content.I like "nooch" on popcorn, in soups & stews, for vegetarian gravy, and in anything that I want a kind of "parm" type of flavor.Nutritional yeast is not a "failed attempt to make fake cheese". It is what it is. It can add a tasty cheese-ish flavor for people who don't eat cheese. But it's better just to think of it as a unique seasoning that happens to have B vitamins, and is a decent source of protein as well.

Eggs? I don’t know her.
I feel like this nooch pack is the best bang for your buck. Its a HUGE pack for how much you pay. I make a lot of queso, macaroni and cheese, and all kinds of other vegan versions of gooey, cheesy foods with this stuff. This also just gives a little extra flare to a tofu scramble. In the pan, I combine about 2 tbsp of this stuff with 1 tbsp of turmeric and little soy milk and vegan butter (and lots of other seasonings too, but this is like, the scramble foundation), and I swear it’s better than eggs. Can’t recommend this stuff enough.

Must-have for popcorn!
This is heavenly on stove-popped popcorn with a bit of salt.

Not the real deal
I normally buy Bragg's nutritional yeast but after I ran out, I thought I would try something more economical. I bought this one because it had good reviews but after buying it I'm starting to think that these reviews may not be genuine. This product was made in China specifically for Amazon. If you look at the back of the package, the text misspelled premium as PEMIUM. Not to mention the Amazon barcode is directly printed on the package which means it's not sold in stores or directly by the brand. This suggests it was made by a Chinese manufacturer specifically for the American market on Amazon which is sketchy. I'm ok buying Made in China goods but I'm not sure how comfortable I feel buying Made in China food that seems like it hasn't passed FDA inspections. The taste doesn't compare to Bragg's at all. It's lighter, flakier and much less cheesy and far more nutty. Bragg's may be expensive but it tastes and seals better. I won't be buying this product again.
