I use this Omega 3 product because it is easy to swallow, an appropriate dose, and because if I burp it tastes like lemon not dead fish. I tried others and the taste was disgusting. This supplement is also a decent price and arrives quickly after order.

The omega 3-6-9 fish, flaxseed and borage oil supplements I had been using were nowhere to be found the last time I needed to place an order, so I ordered these. They seem similar, possibly identical, to what I had ordered before. My only issue is that the gel supplements are huge, and hard for me to swallow. I make a protein shake, snip the end off and squeeze the oil contents into the shake and blend. They don't really change the flavor, and it makes it easier for me. As to their effectiveness, it's subjective as are taking most supplements. You do what you think you need, and trust it is working.

This was terrible because they are all stuck together in the bottle. I bought it once before and it was fine so I repeat bought it and never opened the bottle up until today when I used the last one from my first order. I was very disappointed and it is too late to return it. Not sure what the problem was maybe it got too hot before it reached me and that is why they all stuck together. Regardless I will not be buying this again. Don’t know if you can tell in the video but they are one mass that will not come out. Having trouble separating these and may have to throw out.
