I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I am on my third bottle. I take one pill at night after dinner. If you have troubles with sugar cravings or late night binging, this ivy our product. I have PCOS and I suffer for extreme sugar cravings at night, especially an hour after dinner. This pill has solved that problem for me and as a result my skin has been considerably clearer. I do not break on the chin and jawline any longer.

I have been taking this product plus Ceylon cinnamon twice a day for years. Having been labeled a high pre-diabetic, it has helped bring my A1c down a lot, so no more needle sticking needed and checked only once a year. Solgar’s Chromium is in the Polynicotinate form. It is natural and easier form to absorb. It’s great for regulating your blood sugar levels and metabolism. Being non GMO and dairy free is also important to me. Thanks
