Works perfectly.My work requires the use of a Kenwood radio. They supply wipes to use on shared earpieces. Um... no. I tried a cheap replacement, didn't work: although the connector looked correct, the length wasn't quite right. This is the correct earpiece to use with the Kenwood LT radios. In fact it works better than the ones the company bought.

The microphone pickup and quality is good. The earpiece is of good quality but is on the smaller side. The speaker lets the product down. it doesn’t sit firmly on the ear, sounds tinny, with voices sounding garbled. You’ll probably be fine if you have small ears, but I can’t recommend this product.

Perfect fit. Loose enough to be comfortable, but tight enough to hear. I like the online PTT button, also kept the mix fast away from your mouth. The only thing I don't like is these radios are super sensitive and you get a lot of squeaks from people who are using an earpiece. Would highly recommend.

Works ok on Kenwood PKT-23 radio.
