Baby Einstein: Language Nursery

Helps the child and the parent!
I have to say I'm a fan of Baby Einstein. I like the vibrant colors of the book and so does my grand daughter.I like the way they have the phonics of the other languages under each statement or sentence, because if they didn't who knows what I would have said each little sentence was saying.I do feel that they should have the phonics of english under the statement as well because everyone does not read or speak english, just as everyone doesn't read or speak the other 4 languages they have in the book. Please keep in mind that this is a baby's book and they like simple and bold colors So, if you are expecting a lot of bells and whistles from this book you will be disappointed but if you keep in mind the imgination of a child you will truly be able to see the magic that is in the pages of this book

Why all the fuss about Baby Einstein?
I just don't get all the excitement over Baby Einstein. Though the concept of this book is fantastic: presenting babies and toddlers with exposure to multiple languages in a simple, fun, artful way. However, as with all Baby Einstein products the photos and art in this book are just awful - ridiculously so. Why on earth couldn't the designers have taken the time to use artful, consistent imagery rather than the cheap mish-mosh of pictures they ended up publishing? I would not buy this book again.

Great starter tool for language recognition
I love this little book. I've been reading it to my son for the last couple months, since he was about 18 mo. He loves it. He brings it to me and turns the pages, listening intently as I try to pronounce everything correctly. It's good for building some basic vocabulary words and phrases and for basic language recognition skills.

My son loves it
I bought the language immersion dvd and had to get the book to pair with it. Perfect for any child who loves to learn.

This is good
This is a cute book. Basically it has pictures of items in it then on the side the phrase in several lanuages. For instance Where is the train. It also has prounceations below the items so that us grown ups can figure out who to say the phrases. This is a hard read for grown ups because some of the forgien language phrases are real tounge twisters. Unless you are somewhat fimilar with the foreing launauges you may do your child a diservice by reading them this book as you will probably butcher the anonciation of the words. I would still get it as most people can at least do the english and spanish versions

Pas interessant!
Je suis déçue de cet achat moi qui pensait être surprise dans mon apprentissage de la langue Française pour faire parler mon bébé je suis déçue!! le texte n'est vraiment pas riche je trouve et vraiment pas à mon gout! , il vaut mieux parler à son bébé soi même avec son propre language! A tous, pas de frustration please, juste un avis perso merci d'avance!Le miroir à la fin du livre peu intéresser bébé!
