I know that sounds too good to be true, but it happened. I'm sure it wouldn't be the case with many people, but these changed my life. I didn't have 100% alleviation, but probably an 80% improvement in my mood. I realized it must be the curcumin when I stopped taking it and slid back into depression over several days, only to feel better again 12 hours after taking it again. I trust Izabella Wentz to have the best ingredients, without contamination.
