My new go-to’s mm *by D***S on 29 April 2026* In search of the perfect pencils I’ve now tried prismacolour, kalour, and many others. I’ve decided these are the best yet. I’ve used them alongside each other and these are standout favourites. The pencils themselves are buttery. They blend beautifully and make shading so easy. The quality of that pencils is well worth the money. The main reason I prefer these to prismacolour is because these have a more dense appearance even when lightly used whereas these prismacolour is more ‘grainy’. Also, these don’t need sharpening as often as the prismacolour as the leads aren’t quite as soft. Prismacolour feel like they break more often and don’t sharpen as well. These are versatile pencils, and although they’re on the pricey side they’re an investment in my opinion.
