Like ATK and the earlier version, the recipes are fantastic. I recently made Eastern North Carolina Fish Stew and it was so tasty. I have made a bunch of others out of the book and all of them work well and taste great. I usually select 3 recipes a week out of this book and the ATK book and go get the ingredients so I can make gourmet meals every night.
