Spray your vehicle down with a strong stream of water to knock off dirt and loose grime. Top to bottom seems to be obvious. Use the mitt and give your car a generous scrub down.The next thing you want to do is run your hand gently over the surface areas. You will most likely feel it being somewhat bumpy or even "sandy". That's what the clay bar kit is for. The clay bar with the Quik Detailer will help remove embedded contaminants from the paint.Next, use the Ultimate Compound. When done properly, this will help remove scratches, swirls, and hazing. You will have to do small sections at a time, roughly a 2 square foot area at once. However, if you get a polisher (dual action is better), you can go over a larger section at a time.The next step is optional but recommended. Same as the Ultimate Compound, you should use the Ultimate Polish. The polish will remove even finer swirls that you may not be able to see and leave a much smoother surface.Finally, the Ultimate Liquid Wax. The one thing to note about waxes, paste or liquid, is that you need only a little amount. When a section is finished, you should barely see any product on it, only when looking at a certain angle will you see the haze. The mistake many people do is leave on a thick layer. That is problematic because 1) The wax will take longer to dry. 2) It will be harder to remove. and 3) All the overused product will be taken off when it could have been used to cover another section of the car, or possibly a whole coat. You should use this about 3-4 times a year.The Ultimate Black is used for you exterior plastic and rubber trim. Ultimate Protectant for your interior like the dash. Some people don't like to use it as it leaves a bit of a glossy surface.The Ultimate Quik Detailer can be used how you like, most use as a waterless wash. Although it is not meant for heavily soiled finishes. The Ultimate Quik wax is not like the liquid wax, but rather a wax booster. Best used in between waxing periods. The Final Inspection is great for removing the compound and polishing products. **Q: What's the difference between this one and g55117 at walmart? the walmart one has one extra bottle and $20 cheaper.** A: That is the difference, everything else is exactly the same. I don't even know why I'm getting this question because I have the one with glass cleaner lol, I don't remember but all the parts are amazing, and if walmart is cheaper and comes with the glass then you should go with that one. **Q: Are the compound.
