This tea urn leaks after 4 months
I've had this product for 6 months. It has leaked, dripping for the Last 2 months

The inside has less room than I anticipated. It's only about half . Perhaps this was my mistake thinking that there would be more liquid volume room. But for the price and quality it works. So I have mo complaints.

Fine Product, but no sweet or unsweet label
much improved over previous versions, however this no longer comes with sweet or unsweet labels of any kind.

To tall for our coffee maker. We wanted a dispenser that had smaller capacity and one that would use less counter space. Was disappointing it didn't fit.

Where is the ice tea sticker
Disappointed there is not a ice tea sticker on this ! I ordered this as a gift . My family ( and I mean ancestors and all) are huge fresh ice tea drinkers and the missing sticker made the gift a bit anti climatic . . Should there be a sticker ? Otherwise it’s a useful item
