The Right Word!: How to Say What You Really Mean (Right! Series)

I've barely gotten into the book because I'm trying to absorb each line and remembering what I've learned. My formal education is limited, so this could take awhile before I finish the book. So far, I find it useful. I'm enjoying how to use the right word and spelling it correctly.

Did you know that a billion in the UK has twelve zeroes? Or when to use the words accused and alleged?Those are just two examples of the knowledge contained within the pages of this informative book. I have used it to look up words as well as reading page after page of the alphabetical listings (though it sounds like reading the dictionary, it is much more fun and I learn something new every time).Definitely worth the money, and a great asset to have on the Kindle.

As a teacher and a writer, I found numerous useful suggestions and turns of phrase. It is a worthwhile addition to any reference library.

Every high school and college student should have this book.I loved being reminded of the confusion of our language and so often misused words.

The right words are the right words to know when you need the right words to say. Excellent purchase.

The description was vague on what was actually in the book. I was looking for a book that had short statements or sayings that you could put in a greeting card. This was more to how to write the language properly.

This book provided the insight I was looking for.
