Review: This WILL fit your Mercedes E320 or W211 car. - After reading the reviews on this battery I was a little worried that the other folks who had mentioned the issue of the bolts/nuts not fitting would also create an issue for me. I didn't need to worry! Installation was a breeze. I unbolted the securing bracket, removed the negative battery terminal first (as you ALWAYS should) then the positive terminal; and simply lifted the battery out. Installation was just as simply, facilitated by the fact that the battery terminals have a neat little trick. The nuts inside the terminal can be located for a side or top bolt mount. I simply slipped the nuts from their side mount shipped position, added a little dielectric grease to hold them in the top mount position, and simply used the OEM captured bolts. It really was simple! The whole job took less than 10 minutes to complete. Gone is the warning light on the dash! It really is perfect for the job, and given the price compared to the OEM battery, great value. I'd buy it again, and recommend it to anyone who needs to replace the auxiliary battery in their Mercedes E Series or W211 car.

**Q: Will it fit 2016 Mercedes S550 sedan?**
A: It sure does. Just installed and fits great. People who don’t work in things will find the install fidly. I have the basic tools.  Look at YouTube video that walks you through it. The lower battery case may stick but just keep working it after you elevate the release tab. All else fails pull the case as forward as you can and pry it out. Will break off some of the plastic retention rails underneath but enough will remain that it clicks back into place.

**Q: Will this work on my 2016 350 E?**
A: Yes it will work fine, your aux. battery is in the trunk where the spare tire would be the nuts that come with the battery are correct 6mm you will need a 10mm socket and ratchet disconnect the ground First and hook it up Last. Use the bolts on the car cables there is a small tab on both cable ends you might have to bend 90 degrees but it works fine.

Easy to install and working great. Fixed auxiliary battery malfunction error and vehicle is operating perfectly. I would advise that this battery be charged with a trickle charger before installing. It comes charged but is easier on the whole system to fully charge it up prior to install. Also, do disconnect the negative terminal on the main starter battery under the hood before swapping out the auxiliary battery. Just good practice.
