Damaged and poor quality
It came damaged and poorly packed.Have to now haul 150lbs box to UPSExtremely disappointed !! and can see why some folks have bad experience, because they have rooters with fine indentations on them. Normally that would happened if items bang each other in shipping.Like these definitely did.

Poor quality pad composition
The rotors seem ok, but within the first two months, they started making grinding noises, and over the past 11 months they have worn multiple grooves in the rotors (all 4), caused discoloration, and still make grinding noises. This is all due to the low quality composition of the pads. DA replaced the whole set per the warranty, but I had to pay shipping ($60). The new set has the same pads as first set, so what are the odds that I will experience a repeat of the first experience. The rep at DA said that it should not happen again, and if so, they would replace again and waive the shipping fee, but doesn’t cover my installation costs associated with two installs in less that a year. Maybe I will just order pads from a reputable maker, and hope the rotors hold up.Update: the use of a quality pad did not result in rotor damage like the DA pads did. The front rotors however, did warp in a little over a year, so had to replace again. Went with a high quality drilled and slotted rotor, and have not had any issues, nor have I had rust issues, like with the DA rotors.

I dont often write reviews and I did not personally install these but they are squeaky after install and brakes have a rough feel to them ibhave had them checked out by my shop just to make sure my installer did it correctly, I was told everything was installed correctly and is safe, it is just the product. so fyi if you dont mind some noise and rough bc riding go for it if not ...stear clear.

Cheap - parts missing
Inspect package before you start. Missing parts and they won’t send replacement. No quality control.
