Make sure I read all the reviews before purchasing this belt. Let's be honest the only reason I chose this design is because it looks like or is virtually identical to the Lacoste logo. I have not worn this belt yet but the quality and the finish is very very surprising given the cost. The mechanics and metalwork finish is very good indeed and the quality of the leather and the suppleness is quite amazing.Hopefully functionality will be the same as the quality. Just make sure you order a much bigger size as you can just cut to fit so easily. Just remember you cannot add anything if it's too small 🥴😂. Recommended. I will update after I have wore it a few times.Update 😊 first time wearing it last night and got some great comments on how nice your"Lacoste" belt is 🤗☺️ . Definitely looks the part and as i said the quality is amazing for the price. Excellent metalwork and definitely genuine soft leather. One little thing to note with the ratchet mechanism just practice a few times how to open it before going to the toilet 🤣🙄😵‍💫😂.

I have had of these belts for some time. I have found they are really good for quickly re adjusting them while waring them. Its more discreet to alter it while in company. No fiddley buckle. The gold alligator on this one is well made.The mechanism on this one is a spring operated latch. Some are magnetic. Either works well.Well made and easy to cut down to your size. Remember once cut you cannot add the bit back. So make surethat part is done correctly. Its then easy to fit the belt to the buckle. They don't stretch so during the day it stays as you set it. Good fashion accessory to where in the office ore anywhere ells. Good product good value.

A quality belt, great looking buckle

Very good quality and efficient belt for the money. Best of its type I’ve had.

I have so far only worn the belt once and like it a lot. It's a soft leather and the initial length was more than enough for me. It came with a leather loop to tuck the end into to keep it looking neat. The buckle has a certain weight to it and is a lot thicker than ordinary buckles but not outrageously so. It took me a while to discover exactly how to take the belt off - there is a discreet lever that you squeeze and then you can easily undo the belt. There are only a certain number of ratchet notches so the length of the belt is important. It was pretty much a decent fit for me at its tightest but to allow me to increase its tightness I decided to cut off an inch or so, which was very easy to do with an ordinary pair of scissors. There are instructions for this. I look forward to wearing it again - I will usually wear it with smart trousers so won't be wearing it every day, which should also help to preserve the notches.

Purchased the letter M ratchet belt, looks very nice and easy to cut shorter. Comes in a nice gift box.

This is a lovely product. Really good quality. It's the second one I have ordered with different buckles. It's great value. Hubby loves them. Really useful to be able to cut the belt to perfect length too. Comes in a lovely presentation box. Looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. Arrived really fast too. Great present.

Bought in the strength of reviews but I find it uncomfortable and the buckle has a tendency to pop open every now and again and with a waist size of 30/32 hardly putting strain on it .The design of the bowler and buckle and fine and this is ofCourse another aspect of the reason I purchased .It’s ok but I am not lining up to rave about it .Will not buy another one
