My true unconditional love. Unisom Sleepmelts dissolve instantly, do not taste bad and do the job! These help me drift out in sweet sleep and mostly help me stay asleep or at least fall right back to sleep most nights. I rarely feel groggy if I can get at least 5 hours after dosing. Also great for plane flights and allergies. One word of advise, despite the claim that they are non habit forming, these are totally addictive if you are an otherwise poor sleeper. They are just so good that if you are not a good sleeper, you will want them every single night even if they raise your blood pressure and you need to make room in your budget.

I bought the 2 pack online because it's cheaper than from the store, including shipping.These tablets work fast and work really great, it's suggested you do not take for more than 2 weeks because you can become immune to it. But I do it anyway, take it only when you need to. Usually every other day.One tablet might be enough for most people, don't have to take two.I would not try to fight it once it starts kicking in, it may make you a bit "crazy" as my friend said to me.It may make your dreams really vivid too, but I don't mind that. I like vivid dreams.The taste is fine, don't take on an empty stomach...eat a few cookies or something before you take it. Nothing big.If you don't like the taste drink a mouth full of water, then when you feel it kicking in go lay down.I find letting the first one melt, then chewing the second one works better. Maybe it's just me. But do NOT take more than two because it's dangerous.Overall I give this a 5/5 because it does what it's advertised for. And it's better than going to the doctors each time to get a refill.

These are amazing! I have food allergies to mammal meats, products, and byproducts including milk. I keep these with me in case I have a reaction. They work quickly, taste great, and happy I can get double packages. They are hard to find in my area and sell out quickly here. Seller is fast and I have never had a delay in my order. These also help you sleep well and never feel drugged out in the morning. I wake up refreshed when used for sleep. Highly recommend and seller also!!

These Sleep Melts melt quickly in your mouth, and within 15-20 minutes you start feeling like you want to go to bed. I feel that I sleep better when taking these and I don't wake up feeling groggy or hungover like when taking Unisom gelcaps or 50mg of diphenhydramine. I decided to try these when I was trying to go to bed early for my early AM shifts and was amazed how quick and how well they worked! They taste decent too, like a cherry candy! And amazon has a great deal where you get two packs for less than you would at the drug store (PS they are hard to find on some shelves so Amazon is the way to go!)

Much better than other forms of Unisom. The sleepgels are loaded with junk and sometimes make my stomach sick. These work just as well without toxic side effects. They also taste decent, if you like cherry flavor, and they melt within seconds. The only down side is the cost ratio is higher for these than the sleepgels.

I need help going to sleep sometimes. Melatonin doesn't do anything, and a lot of stronger things I'm too sensitive to (like Xanax, NyQuil, Benadryl, etc.) These are the BEST. I hardly see them in stores anymore and this active ingredient is different than the other Unisom products (and the others don't work for me) so I'm glad they're on Amazon. This is also a 2-pack, and I only received one at first, but they were super responsive and sent another immediately. I even got a few people at work turned onto these.Most of the time I just take half of one (easy to snap), other times I will take a full one. I always wake up with the ability to get out of bed, and that's not true on other meds. Definitely recommend trying if you are looking for something like this.

I use this for the late nights when my mind is wandering and I can’t sleep. It is not addicting so even when I don’t need them I am still able to fall asleep. The taste is not so great but the product works great

This is an amazing product for people with allergies. One chewable is equal to a half benedryl. My husband has alpha gal and is frequently in the hospital. This has been a life saver for when he can’t keep benedryl down- and ha can take one and still function unlike a dose of benedryl. Great product- not used for sleep
