Great board, poor customer service with regards the extras
Board arrived very quickly, very happy with it for my son's 10th birthday present. Wax was not included as stated and the leash wasn't anything like the one in the pic and certainly wasn't what I would call heavy duty as the description stated.Looked a cheap plain black leash. Contacted the seller about the wax and the leash and was told they would send it asap, only wax arrived. Also wasn't the eco locally made wax it was an American made wax.So Very happy with the board, my son loves it. But poor description of the extras and disappointed with essentially being ignored over the leash and the wax issue. Will use a different seller next time for sure.

Check the security of the fins!
Took my lad out for his very first lesson on this board - he was thrilled with it. Unfortunately two of the fins had worked loose and was lost in the surf! I thought that they were fixed as they were attached on arrival so didn’t think I needed to check. If you can provide a new fin set that would be great. Thanks
