Truly Gentle Buffered C
My parents both take this Vital Nutrients Buffered C 500mg daily after being recommended by their Naturopaths. My Dad has a Hiatal Hernia and my Mom they both have very sensitive digestive systems. This is a big bottle! I like that it is buffered and easier on my stomach since I take low dose aspirin therapy. I was having some issues with allergies and vitamin c has always done the trick and this does seem to be helping after just a few days

Easy to swallow
This product has been very helpful with preventative health maintenance this winter. I’m using it under the direction of a physician. There is no after taste and the capsules are small and easily swallowed.

It doesn't hurt my stomach
My stomach is very sensitive. However this one doesn't hurt my stomach like other buffered vitamin C which I had before.
