The only issue I have with this garment is the strap. I wish they were a little wider. As another reviewer indicated they are too thin and dig into your shoulders. I just adjusted my strap to loosen them up. Other than that I love this garment. I am going to order the coco color one and another black one. This new garment has a perfect opening in order to go to the bathroom. Again, super soft material. The straps are too thin and dig into my skin but that’s the only negative thing. I just took off the straps and now it’s fine. I am a size 10 pants and ordered a large, it fits perfect. I’m ordering a medium, too, so i can transition into smaller size when the swelling goes down. I like how the material cradles my butt cheeks. My surgeon is going to start using this new garment for his patients. There is only one set of hooks and one zipper on the side to deal with. Compared to my old compression garment had two sets of hooks and two zippers. You won’t be disappointed. I see a lot of review complaints with size issues but the large fit me perfectly (I’m 5’8” and 165 lbs). I ordered a large garment and it fits wonderfully. The silhouette it provides is amazing. I had previously hurt my back and this garment has helped me tremendously. I am able to move around freely, all day without any pain. As an added bonus I lost 5 lb since wearing the Garment for about a month. I'm sure it has to deal with water weight, but the garment prefents water from accumulating just anywhere. I can visibly see a difference.
