StilaSmudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner, 0.28 g

I dropped this pencil about 2 days after receiving it. It stopped the pencil from functioning somehow as turning the pencil top didnt dispense more product. I had to pull off the end and seperate the parts out. There was no break in the pencil/crayon but i did discover something else. The crayon is absolutely miniscule inside. The entire length of the eyeliner is basically 70% plunger leaving approx 1.5 inches of actual product length. This crayon is very soft so would be used up in a matter of weeks. Unbelievable price and downright deception. The performance is average at best. Would stay away from Stila in future.

Its not waterproof and smudge proof. I came home with double dark lines under my eyes, so embarrassed as I was wearing it at work all day! I would have not paid for it the this price.
