Used to lift a cooked turkey out of roaster and worked perfect, very sturdy. Used to hold roast beef for carving and worked perfect. Easy to clean and store.

These are handsome, sharp (be careful!) and very useful for cooks who roast chickens, turkeys, pork and beef. Helpful to lift the roast out so one can make gravy in the roasting pan, and to place the roast on a serving platter. These made a hit when I gave them to my son-in-law who is our master chef for holiday meals!

Fantastic Heavy Duty Forks
Great for lifting turkeys and large roasts. These replaced older forks that had wooden handles that kept falling apart. Since these are all one piece that is not a problem.

Strong and functional. Worth having.
These turkey forks are well made and strong. We lifted an 18 lb turkey with them and they didn’t bend at all. You need to pierce the turkey with the prongs to hold it. It was stronger than I expected. Then my husband and I took a photo of us together each holding one of the turkey forks in front of us. I then posted it on our Facebook page next to the painting American Gothic. We got a lot of comments on it.

Ok I needed these turkey lifters.. I used them in the Instant pot to lift out whole chickens and for the oven to remove my large turkey or chickens. It worked so well that I purchased a second one.
