With no load on the motor, it took way too long to get up to speed and, still with no load, the controller would fault and shut down. It took me months to find the time to finish setting up my mill, so I can't even return this hunk of junk. I'm going to stick with high quality wood routers for spindles. much simpler, and even if I do have to replace every year, i'll still be money ahead. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the buy *by R***T on Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2020* It’s got its cosmetic and minor issues but what do you expect for the price? It’s an awesome little setup with a cheap mount and a cheap pump. I don’t plan on using the mount and when or if the pump craps out I can run to the store and buy one for $10. So far I’ve done a lot of bench testing and it’s done great. Just be sure to get all your programs correct and do a lot of googling on it because there are a lot of useful settings that are easy to overlook, like your motor amps and the max rpms. Within a few weeks I’ll have an informative video up about it on my YouTube channel called “iMade It”. I’m also using rs485 communication so I don’t even have to mess with the vfd controller. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 120v is a go *by C***G on Reviewed in the United States on November 11, 2019* Work as said.
