Oily scent
Very oily scent. In my opinion, this oil changed the flavor of my shrimp scampi. I didn't like the outcome. I usually use Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil but I wanted to try something else. I won't completely rule this oil out. I love cooking so I'm sure that I will find some future dish that will pair well with this oil.
