Rice vermicelli though is a bit tougher than the wheat or maida vermicelli so you may need to prepare this for longer. Some may or may not like the taste. But I loved the taste of this rice Vermicelli.In fact now I'm so used to it that I don't feel like having wheat vermicelli again.These cook easy. No different from the wheat/maida ones.
