Now I know there are studies there saying increased sweat does not make for a better workout or fat burn. Therelop is something about the mental feeling though of a great sweat after a workout. This vest does exactly that. I am drenched! Dont know still if it has been helping with losing weight or inches but I have noticed a helpfulness in that the compression of it has helped force some resistance to my inhalations and seem to help strengthen my breathing during cardio sessions. If I had one tiny complaint it would be the zipper rubs against the skin with direct skin contact and causes irritation. A small material flap at the apex of the zipper internally would be helpful. The first thing I noticed was the overpowering smell from the fabric. After a few days that did seem to dissipate. I have only worn once and have yet to wash so I can't testify how it holds up but initial inspection seems good for the price. The only negative I can say at this point is the arm holes could use a little more space around them, as they cut into the armpit a bit. I was looking for something to get me to sweat, without having to add bulk and weight. This did the trick! It fits snugly, but that’s how these work. After I got back from my run yesterday and took the vest off, my wife was a bit disgusted with the sweat built up. I thought it was fantastic, and it seemed like I produced a lot more sweat. You can feel it get warm as your workout progresses. It does what it’s suppose to do!
