Scotch 3M Super33+ Vinyl Electrical Tape (Black, 3/4 Inch x 66 Inch)

A classic black electricity tape without any brand markings, much better than that used by your everyday electrician. This 3M role is extremely good, with a decent stretch and a good adhesive properties without immediately sticking to itself. It is easy to use, cuts without any hassles and is lead free. For ease of use itself, I would give it 5/5. My roll came in a small plastic hard case which was not of a great quality. It is also an added cost which can be easily shaved as most consumers would throw the case after getting the item. If you handle small pieces of work on your own or care for safety of electrical equipments, do yourself a favour and buy this tape as the ease of use completely justifies the slightly higher price. Pro Tip: Do not stretch the last few inches of the tape and place them gently as if you stretch it right till the end, the stretch tension on the tape would cause the tape to retract a bit and open. This can be easily avoided by cutting with scissors and placing the ends gently. Recommended.

I got recommended to buy this 3M Black tape for any type of electric wires and after receiving it today, i was surprised that it works great for the electric wires than the normal black tapes. The Adhesion is impressive too. But what i am surprised about is the other thing I got with the tape. I dont know why the seller add this with the tape but if anyone have got this with the tape, please enlighten me what it is all about?

Seems like a good quality strong tape. I’m replacing old electrical tape on some worn wire casing with this new stuff. The old tape was so disintegrated that it started to almost melt and lost its adhesive properties. Hopefully this new tape with last much longer

Super scotch,souple et adhérence maximale. Devrait exister dans d’autres couleurs, ou alors je n’ai pas su chercher.

Excellent electrical tape, albeit it's overpriced. Unless you need UV protection, improved outdoor weather resistance and higher thermal tolerances I'd recommend going with scotch 700 tape. Justifying twice the price for this isn't easy unless it's situationally mandatory. Because I was buying this to repair an outdoor extension cord it was a no brainer. I'm still going to use 700 for normal jobs and use this 33+ for critical repairs.
