It also did NOT come with remote dock that was said to be included.The fan does work great and is pretty quiet. No matter how much adjusting done, the fan still wobbles in high speed. Makes me nervous it will loosen the bulbs and they will fall. On all other speeds it doesnt move at all.Overall a great fan and I would buy again. Well packaged, complete parts for mounting and any light or non light option, even extra hardware! Instructions are straightforward, install is bit tedious but easy. Harbor breeze drop rods from Lowes fit great too. Fan balances well with included kit, I got lucky on one of three fans and didn't need any balancing at all. Smooth quiet operation and very aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend them to anyone.
