Unappealing surprised packaging change - retrograde move.
The flossing product that arrived was not in the illustrated neat plastic dispenser, but in a folded flimsy thin cardboard envelope sort of concoction, very very disappointing, and the price has gone up. No advice from DrTung on the change in dispenser, which is not surprising as many users may have balked at ordering the product packed in this way; I for one. So ONE star!

I like this floss but it's become way too expensive and there are now other, similar brands that are cheaper.

Used to be great, it now comes in flimsy cardboard. Will stop buying it now

When I found out the floss I had been using for years was loaded with PFAS I started to look for alternatives. I came across this product from a dental blog. It read like a promotional post and looked like an affiliate trying to make some money. But it was so difficult to find a floss labelled PFAS-free that I decided to give this a try and I'm so glad that I did. The floss is strong, expands slightly and doesn't shred easily. I really like the clean feeling after using this. In fact, I was so happy with this floss that I started to use other Dr. Tung products. I've noticed some people have an issue with the new packaging. The plastic dispenser was replaced with a paper/cardboard box and a metal cutter. I don't seem to have an issue with it. It's delicate but I keep it dry and go easy when cutting. What I did find ridiculous was that my two pack of paper floss boxes came wrapped in plastic. As with any specialty product, this is very pricey. Now that I know I like this product I am considering purchasing in a larger quantity to reduce the cost.
