I selected pillow size by the manufacturer recommendation and it was perfectly sized. The foam binder smell lasted for about 48 hours but was mild and with another pillow case on it was hardly bothersome. With my old cotton filled pillow I used to keep getting neck sprains and spasms but haven’t had any pain or spasm since using White Willow. It’s perfect even if you lie laterally, prone or supine. Its supple enough yet soft too and gives good support and doesn’t feel warm or stuffy at all. Personally I am thankful for the Refreshing sleep at night and painless necks the next day. I wish I had got it earlier. As a doctor and even otherwise I will definitely recommend it.

What was being offered for 4K in stores, I Paid only 2.8 k for a pair in the sale offer. Bought the pair for my daughters and am very happy with the purchase. I wish there was an option in 2.5/3” height also. I find the 4” height a bit uncomfortable.
