These are a great point for soft tip conversion. They are quite light, so shouldn't mess up the feel of the 20g or less soft tips. I used them to convert a movable-point (hammerhead) dart to fixed point. My darts are on the lighter side at 23g, and the balance was improved by installing a lighter point.Another reviewer noted that they were tough on the board. This was true for the first season or so. They held the board super well and, sometimes, a bristle or two would come out with the dart. That behavior stopped after a couple months of 3-4 hour-per-week play. After a couple years, the points still stick with very few bounce-outs. They no longer grip the board as well to rip out bristles, but they don't fall out either.I came here to buy another set - that should be as solid a recommendation as anyone can give.

I bought these to use with my nice sets of soft tip darts and they work great. I just recommend using o-rings with them. The diamond grip on these points gives a nice texture to the point and helps to grip the board a little better without causing damage to the board. I don't use them that often, but haven't had a fall out yet. Can't go wrong with Target products.

These are super grippy and made well.

They work great at preventing loose darts from falling out, especially with lighter barrels. I don't recommend using them on your board at home because they will wear your board out faster. I have smooth tips got home. I only use these in league and tournaments.

I ordered two sets. They look great, fit well (I added an o-ring to each), and they stick in the board extremely well. No bounce outs with two different sets of darts and various players! Just "twist" to remove rather than "pulling" the darts out.

Great conversion tips for soft tip darts. Hesh marks wear out rather quickly but still provide enough grip to prevent fall-outs on worn boards.
