Dell Inspiron Mini 10V Nickelodeon Edition Netbook Computer (Intel Atom N270 160GB HD/1GB RAM)

i'm so happy that I made this purchase ! I love it so much i really do oh my god ! I love it soooo so much ! i'm so happy I love I just find the words to explain just how happy I am I so love my dell nickelodeon netbook it was a long time coming purchase and I finally made it i'm so excite !I really am I just love my dell nickelodeon netbook !

I completely love this computer! It is very adorable, I brought it for my 6 year old daugther for Christmas, she is going to love this computer when she receives it.

I was looking for some good netbook for kids. I found this one for 8 years old boy for : 1. Typing lesson and study guid 2. Protect from virus that he download from game site. 3. Use as DVD player for road/air trip.(you need external DVD player that you can find $30-40) 4. Fun for everything that kids need. This small PC has almost everything that I needed for kid's computer. It has spill resistance keyboard that feels comfortable. Starting and downloading are bit slow but only few second to wait so not bad at all. My kids already used it wait for few second to downloading page. It's also upgradeable to 2GB. If you download VLC Media player would helps for external DVD player so you can use any dvd on the road trip in the car with using Car adapter.(we use portable dvd player car adapter) I used buy portable dvd player in my car but it's broken easily that beacuse cheapy made so I stop buying them. This PC is very solid made, it's not easy to break. I purchased from Sam's club as $226 but paid tax and 3years warranty so total about two hundred sevety. If you find good deal with no tax you sould buy this. It's looks cool with slimy and you can choose slimy wall paper or normal. I was looking for 10inch mini netbook for dvd player and fun for kids. If you go road trip they can use as dvd player then use just kid's PC for usual time. You also not need to bring mom's PC for trip. This will covers everything. If you looking for portable dvd player then should buy this. It's about $[...] up but more durable and useful inside and outside of house. You can watch Youtube, Facebook applications game and etc... I gave my son small mouse so it's fits his hand. Over all it's great to have for 8 years old kids. I recommend this PC for kids. ***UP DATE*** 12/20/10, It's been past 2months and it's nothing problem happened yet. Made durable even kids using little roughly(like sneez on the PC :/) it fine. "Kid's computer" they call and like it. One things I have to tell you browser with explore is very very very slow. When use "Chrome" you get pretty good speed you can tell difference. I didn't upgrade my memory card yet but it's working A-ok for me. I use Netfilex for kids watches movie fine. I got external dvd player from amazon works fine with using VLC Media player. Other things is when I go bed with kids, wait fall aleep, I use monitor darkest helps a lot in the dark room. Perhaps good at air plain not much bothering lights I can imagine. Photo card reader 8gb SD card took a bit time to read when you almost reached 1500 shots.

I love this mini dell laptop,I'm 23 and I got this mini dell laptop because it was cute,has a lot of features and you can take it anywhere you need it. A lot of people complain that they don't like mini laptops because there afraid mini laptops won't be able to do a lot of things a regular size laptop can do,but to me this mini laptop does the same just like any other laptop does(except not a numeric keypad which I really don't mind considering I have a desktop and its no big deal period) it goes a great speed the features are fast and you can browse the web fully or parental controls for the little ones. And you can take care of serious projects like if your typing a big essay paper or major like making a presentation for your bussiness office. The only thing you really need to know is that you need to order internet service which I don't like but you can't have everything,and its also wireless so you can get a router or broadband modem and take it around your house(with a router) or on the go at school or work maybe even a cafe(with a broadband modem) and it has a sharp screen so you can watch your YouTube videos or any videos perfectly(since I'm a YouTube addict). Finally overall this is my first laptop and I love every bit of this mini creation!! Thanks dell!!
