Normal????** A: NO, I think you got the wrong bulbs. If the glass capsule isn't completely yellow, you won't get yellow output. I just did a little research online and didn't find a Heliolite branded bulb that was yellow like the Optilux. http://www.carid.com/heliolite/ **Q: Do these make the fog lamps look yellow when off?** A: No. They make white fog lamps (say on a mustang in the grille) look yellow only when on. That way people don't keep flashing their high beams at you.
