I recommend these when someone I know is developing a cold and the seem to work as advertised. If you take them when you are starting to feel sick, they seem to stop the cold from getting worse and the time span you are sick is shorter than normal.

these are great to have on hand. a little pricey but delivered to my door.

The flavor is fine. Not too chalky or dry. My sister recommended these to me and i have not had a cold all fall or winter. Maybe it’s coincidence or maybe its the zicam that works. I take it if I feel even a slight cold or sniffle coming on.

This has always worked for me. When I take Zicam at the first sign of a cold, my symptoms don't escalate as quickly and/or severely as they have in the past when I did not take Zicam. Pleasant flavor. Contains zinc. Small container fits easily in purse or pocket.

Zicam has reduced my sore throat and runny nose symptoms. As soon as I feel anything, I pop a Zicam in my mouth. It's pleasant tasting. It doesn't have an after taste or chalky taste. It works quickly and effectively.

Every time I get a sore throat that lasts for a day or two, I take these. For me a sore throat always ends up in a cold. I i’ve been taking these for years. They have not failed me yet.
