Almost killed my chickens with these things? Installed in a bucket but when water got down to like 6" ABOVE the devices it stopped filling ...not only that but they are a pain to clean out....even the really cheap drinkers have removable cups but these you have to frantically brush the stuff out off so you are working against gravity...I had to remove...was a waste of my money

I’ve had this waterer for 2 summers now, I dropped it and smashed the end off. I was annoyed at myself thinking I’d have to buy a whole new one. But I emailed the company and they told me I could order the end piece for $10!! It was easy to switch out and I’m happy with the price to fix my waterer

When I was cleaning it off, I stood it on the ground, and the drinking cup got damaged very easily. I recommend placing it on a table or counter with drinking part off of the edge. The part was replaceable.

Good to be able to replace only the outlet not the whole waterer--saved about 50 dollars.

Apparently the little cup and the pieces that hold it in place break easily. I damaged mine not knowingly. Went on a 5 day trip and upon my return I noticed it had stopped working. My chicken threw themselves on the water once provided. Feel so bad. It could have lost them.
