Works great! Just rub on stomach and pain goes away in about 10 minutes. I have IBS.

If I could give more stars I would. This stuff starts working in 5 minutes or less. Smells like a strong licorice so if you are sensitive to smells you may not like it. If you put it on a cotton ball and rub your stomach counter-clockwise you should have a happy belly pretty quickly.
