The media could not be loaded. I like that it holds the paper towels snug. When I rip a sheet off from top to the bottom in a fast morion it works fantastic. Don't pull from the middle. The base is nice & heavy so it is sturdy & doesn't tip over. You don't have to remove the top decorative knob either. Soooo nice. Easy peasy.

I have to say I didn't think I would write a review for a paper towel holder, but this thing is great. So much better than my last one, which was from Target. This one tears sheets easily, looks cute, and takes up not too much space. Recommend.
