Not natural. Mineral oil is first ingredient
Notice how no ingredient is listed on the item page. See photo I attached. When mine arrived, there was sticker label covering the ingredients list and used heavy scrubbing to get it off and still couldn't get it all. Coconut oil is not even second on list. Listed ingredients from tube: Parraffinum liquidum (mineral oil), Isopropyl Myristate, canola oil, helianthus Annus (sunflower seed oil) cocos Nuifera (coconut oil), Tocopherol Acetate(vitamin e), Retinyl Palmitate (vitamin a) , Zea Mays ( corn oil), fragrance, Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil, Daucus Carota Sativa ( carrot seed oil), Tillicum Vulgare (wheat germ oil), Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene...etc
