It's really worth it

The product is quite useful and accurately marked. however, because of the smoothness of metal, keeps slipping on the surface. In my opinion, one of the surfaces should be matt finished, so that side can hold on to surface. I have applied cello tape on one side to help me little to overcome the problem.

Poor Quality Product. Both ends at the edges, they are bent. They could not withstand the travel (shipment). Very poor stainless steel grade, inside I could see a thin layer of rust and at the edges in both ends of the triangular section, can see the traces of rust. Let me try with WD4.

SS steel rull mesurment are printed NOT ENGRAVED So eassely disappear. So not in long use. Maybe innerside rusted in course of time. Baset in this facts a nice Fancy idem. Company name is KHYATI as printed in scale. But reponse is good. They doing fast andgood replacement move. Best Whishes. Try do engeave marks on scales.

(Update:Those who don't need exact measurement and can do with an error margin of 1-2mm over 300mm can buy it) At first i was worried that the scale would be fragile and useless in the long run. But to my surprise, the material quality of scale was superb. But..BUT..The scale markings are WRONG! THE MEASUREMENTS HAVE ERROR BY A HUGE MARGIN. For architects(me) and civil engineers or any other draftsperson, this scale would be a nightmare to use because all the drawings measured/ drawn using this would have error in them. Really disappointed, especially after seeing the quality of the scale i was looking forward to use it. Worst part is i can't get a refund, only a replacement. Money wasted. Will update the review if i get a good replacement. P.S. i got a replacement. Only 1:25 and 1:50 scale ratios are correct, rest all have slight inaccuracies, although the margin of error is less than the previously received item. I really like this scale and want one with correct measurements. Update: Have contacted the seller, they said they won't be able to help and asked me to get a refund! This uncaring attitude by the seller is irksome as they're making faulty products and on top of that they refuse to acknowledge their mistake! Steel tribars( triangular scale)are hard to manufacture because of their shape and the measurements might tend to be off because of the linear expansion factor, but THE SELLER SHOULD AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR FAULT AND TRY TO MAKE AMENDS INSTEAD OF JUST SHRUGGING IT OFF.

Seemless design, has multiple scale ratios, easy to handle and doesn't break/chip like plastic triangular scales. Might feel a bit heavy.
