I have suffered with a build up of earwax before and after having no success with ear drops I forked out £70 on having them syringed. Although this did clear them, they managed to perforate my ear drum and gave me an ear infection. A week ago my ears again blocked up and caused me complete deafness. I tried to use ear drops with no change. I really didn’t want to fork out all that money again to be left in agony, so I looked and came across this! Wow just wow! I used warm water and within a minute of using great big lumps of wax flowed out and my hearing is 100% restored! Easy to use and so quick! It probably helped if already softened the wax over a few days but it’s a miracle!

This does exactly what its meant to do!Tried many things over the years to clean wax out of husbands ears with mediocre success however this little piece of equipment really does the job. Very easy to use and requires no particular skill set, however the handheld pump could be an issue if you have a weak wrist as it does take some strength to use and if doing this alone it would be difficult to place the bottle in your ear, pump in the fluid and hold the bowl under your ear at the same time therefore it is a two man job.To make extraction of the wax easier I did soften the earwax a couple of days prior with castor oil.The box came with full instructions.Great piece of equipment....Highly recommend!PRO'SCost effectiveEasy to useCON'SPump if weak wrist

Purchased today. Product well packaged along with a comprehensive instruction booklet. Easy to put together and use. Everything about it is Quality and well made. More importantly it does what it says in the listing. Removing Ear Wax easily and effectively. I did also purchase an ear wax remover Mini pen Camera so that I could see inside my ear for wax and to ensure all was removed once I had finished. I am 74 years old and could use it. Now as the NHS no longer clear your ears for you. Whilst Specsavers and others jumped at the chance for anything between £40 to £60 per visit. This is honestly a no brainer. I could not only see the difference in the water bath after flushing out the ear wax. But I can definitely hear more clearly. Brilliant.
