Too Soft
These eraser strips are a replacement for the discontinued Faber Castell Pink #74 machine eraser strips. These replacement strips are much softer than the original Faber Castell #74 strips. They will work fine if you are erasing pencil, but I used to use them for erasing calligraphy ink. Although they don't work for what I wanted them for, they still erase pencil lines. If that's what you use them for, they should work well for you.

Good product, overpriced.
Erasers that work. Not rocket science. The problem is taking advantage...capitalism...of a product no long made, which used to cost $6-$8 a box and selling it for almost $80.

Way overpriced
Just a little heads-up here.. Purchase ANY other decently/normally priced pink eraser strip (I use the 'manual-type' pink pearl eraser since I still have some), slightly pare down the end using a pencil sharpener since it is too thick, cut off that end of the strip into a manageable section and lock the sharpened end into the chuck of your electric eraser. Same can be done with any eraser found on the end of a pencil! Sharpener first, then remove from the end of the pencil. No need to be raped by unscrupulous sellers.

Over $10 for each eraser refill!?!?!?!?! What am I mising!?!?
There is something grossly wrong with this picture... This company says it sells 'hard to find' products but these ARE NOT that rare or special. The plastic (also called Mylar) eraser refills are around $1 each and work as good - most would say better - than these which appear to be 'pink pearl.' REGARDLESS, $10+ per eraser is INSANE. Is it 12 BOXES of 10 erasers each box? That I might understand.
