Fabulous customer service! The first cutting board I ordered, they had not done the personalization correctly, but I received the package about 2 days after I ordered, so super fast in shipping. When I realized the issue, I emailed the seller and sent them a photo. I offered to return that board, but they told me to keep it and that they would send me a new one with the proper customization. I received the new cutting board within days, exactly as I had wanted it. Wonderful service!As for the cutting board itself, I kept the original one (I shipped the corrected one off to my just-married friends), so I was able to try it. The engraving looks really nice, and the letters are nice, dark and legible. I used the cutting board for cheese and vegetables, and it worked as I would expect a cutting board to work. It's got nice heft to it, so it feels solid.The only drawback, and this is likely just an issue with the bamboo, is that after I washed it and put it in the dishwasher to dry, the bamboo made the entire dishwasher smell a bit funny, kind of like dirty socks. So now when I dry it, I leave it out in the open to dry. Maybe the issue goes away after a while, or maybe it won't. But if I let it dry in the open, the smell isn't so bad. Perhaps if I got a different type of wood it wouldn't smell.Overall, I think it was a great purchase, especially with such wonderful customer service. I will definitely buy from them again if I need something like that again.

Gorgeous finished product! I was so proud to give this custom cutting board as a host gift. The wood is beautiful and the personalization is perfect. The recipient took this photo in their kitchen counter the day after we gifted it to them. Perfect size for bar prep. I’ll be back for more.

The media could not be loaded.  This cutting board is beautiful. Amazing workmanship. However I should have got a larger one. I didn’t realize how small this would be. He won’t be using it for a cutting board but will still love it because his Sis gave it to him and in memory of his 70th birthday. I failed mention in the video it came with a strong scent of smoke like when you cook the meat using a Smoker. Again …. Very beautiful.

Very nice board. Great size and the engraving was very precise. My only complaint is that it’s hard to read the words. Maybe darken where the engraving goes? Otherwise, very happy and will make a great gift.

So, I was bad, I forgot a major anniversary of some of my relatives and needed this, like yesterday. This was the perfect gift, and most other cutting boards that are custom are much more expensive and take a couple weeks. I got this practically overnight (which in the predicament I had put myself, was invaluable). I saw other reviewers complaining about the inscription not standing out enough, and granted, some other boards are more pronounced, but those boards don’t come overnight and aren’t $30. I feel like the inscription issue is more a matter of perspective, not metaphorically, but literally. If you look straight on it blends in a little, but at an angle, (which most people will be looking at it from for the majority of its life) it stands out just fine.All and all, I love this as a gift and the speed and overall quality, I’d buy this again.Tip: I also found that rubbing it down with some food grade mineral oil for wooden things made it even more classy, I highly recommend doing that before gifting if you have time.
