Ceylon Cinnamon or Sri Lankan Cinnamon has a layered structure with a sweet taste and a mildly orangish after taste. Real Cinnamon will never be spicy or will impart heat. Second, you can Google Ceylon H2 Cinnamon, you will find facts about it and you will also find our product same to the results you will find.
