Sand Digger Ride on Toy with Telescoping Adjustable Legs That Raise Seat Height and Stabilize Backhoe (Red)

We got this for our kids to use and they are loving it! They are a mix of boys and girls ages 17, 15, 11, 5, and 2. We just moved it out to our sand box today, as the snow has finally cleared; until this point we have kept it inside and the kids have used it to scoop up oodles of Legos.I was a little suspicious of the adjustable legs thinking that they would not really make much difference in height, however, I was pleasantly surprised that they did! They are really easy to adjust and there is a noticeable difference between the height for my 11 year old, to my 5 year old, and again to my little two year old. The highest setting works great for the 11, 15, and 17 year olds as well as myself (I am 5'6"), but my 2 year old can't touch the ground at that setting and my 5 year old struggles; adjusting it down for both of them puts it at a great height where their little feet can touch and they can operate the levers without trouble.It feels very sturdy and moves easily. It pivots all the way around. And it scoops wonderfully well! Our sand box is a little larger than most (I think) being about 11 feet by 16 feet and has over 16,000 pounds of sand - so there is plenty of depth for them do dig. This little digger did an awesome job of tonight of digging deep into the sand and making a sizable hole.As for concerns, I really only have two. The first is that I think the legs will fill with sand as the "plugs" at the end of the legs come out easily, but in reality I doubt this will be much of an issue - it is meant to be in the sand. My second issue of concern is that the "leg" in the middle, where the seat attaches, is wobbly at the spot in which it pivots. Maybe it is designed to be wobbly so it can turn? But will it fill with sand? I don't know. I will say that of the diggers I can recall being on in my lifetime have all been wobbly, but seemed to function just fine. So, maybe this will be a non-issue as well. Time will tell.Am I happy with it? Yes. Are my kids happy? Definitely! I am considering purchasing another one for a birthday so they stop squabbling over who gets to use it. It is a great little digger!

Our grandkids (ages 7 and 3) love this. It is set in an area of pea gravel (not sand) and works well there. They fill, then empty toy dump trucks for hours. It's well built and I expect it to last for years.

This is a great toy for a three toFour year old. It is very sturdy and made to last in the outdoors.But is is on the small side if youIntend for a five and up age childto play with.

My step-son is 6 yrs old and we got this for him in his sandbox, he LOVES it and so do his cousins! Fun for everyone!

Easy to put together. My son loves it and has been playing with everyday!!!
