This vitamin drastically changed my life. I always have gone to the doctor and get the response back from the doctor that my vitamin D is critically low. Since taken these everyday I’m always on point and stay safe consistent in the middle. This are an excellent course of vitamin D. Don’t think about it just take it! Oh yea and you don’t have to eat with them which is a plus for me
